Designing for Well-being, Part 2

When programs, policies, systems, and structures are not examined through the lenses of equity, assets, and inclusion, harm continues and accrues, making change that leads to well-being even harder. How can we learn from what others have done at both program and community levels to create equitable access to well-being? What design principles, assessments, and guideposts can shape our local initiatives? The Full Frame Initiative shares six design principles for creating equitable access to well-being that we can use to assess our work at the program and community levels, featured in a two-part CORE Coffee Chat series.
